Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Every bar and balm is poured, packed, and shipped by hand from our Midwest workshop.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
During peak seasons, holidays, or big restocks, processing may take up to 5–7 business days, but we always do our best to ship sooner.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
Shipping Method Delivery Estimate Cost
Standard Shipping 2–5 business days $3.95 flat rate
Express Shipping 2–3 business days $7.95 flat rate
Free Shipping Orders $45 and up FREE
Standard Shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable service.
Express Shipping uses USPS Priority Mail or an equivalent 2–3-day service.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not from the time you place the order.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders totaling $45 or more (before tax and discounts) automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
No code required. The discount is applied at checkout.

Local Pickup & Events

If you plan to visit one of our craft markets, this would be the only opportunity to purchase product in person. You will not be able to pick up online orders at a craft market or local event.
Right now, all orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment location to ensure freshness and proper handling.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status anytime.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Delivery Issues or Delays

Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact the carrier first (USPS, UPS, or DHL) for the fastest resolution.
If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us at info@maxinesoapco.com and we will help however we can.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, but we will gladly assist in filing a claim or helping you locate your shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

International Shipping

At this time, Maxine's Soap Co. ships within the United States only.
We hope to expand internationally in the future once we have the proper certifications and logistics in place.
